When our production teams are working at your property, you can rest assured that they have been interviewed and background checked before being employed here with us. 95% of our production team has been with the company for 10 plus years. I started working in the green industry in the spring of 2002 mowing residential lawns for a local lawn company. In 2003, I went out on my own to start mowing for myself and continued through my senior year in high school and through college. Upon graduating college, I took a sales job with a copier machine company in the fall.

In 2008, and worked there for a few months to see if I wanted to try something else out. As soon as the 2009 spring rolled around, I realized how much I loved the green industry and therefore left the copier machine company to fully incorporate Mow Mulch & More to pursue a career in landscaping full time. Since then, we have grown at a sustainable rate acquiring great customers and great talent within the company. I truly love everything about landscaping, from the equipment to the work itself and dealing with customers. I can’t imagine doing anything else, and I am very passionate about it.
